No stranger to relocation, Michele McMahan has moved countless times both as a Navy “Brat” and as a Navy spouse. Thirty years ago in 1986, Michele married her high school sweetheart, Terry McMahan. They traveled overseas and across the country while raising their three children. As a family, they enjoyed hiking, fishing, swimming and gold panning, especially in the Ridgecrest area. During her travels, Michele managed to squeeze in education, earning an AA at Cerro Coso Community College and attending Washington State University.
It is not surprising that the “empty nesters” chose to make Ridgecrest their permanent home when Terry retired from the Navy. Immediately, Michele plunged herself into her chosen career, real estate. After 3 college-level courses and 40 training sessions at Coldwell Banker Best Realty, Michele is eagerly sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm with buyers and sellers. Her hands-on experience in building a home in Ridgecrest and buying and selling homes along the California coast and in the states of Washington and Texas have enabled her to anticipate and head off transaction issues and to provide excellent service to buyers and sellers.
