Born and raised in Ridgecrest, Rachel Bennett grew up in a family that discussed real estate on a regular basis. Rachel’s mother, Yvette Bennett, is an active Realtor in Ridgecrest.
 
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Rachel worked in several positions providing sales and public relations experience.
 
·         In a jewelry store, Rachel developed both online and person-to-person communication skills.
·        While working for a flooring contractor, she learned how to match customers with product and installer.
·        For two years, Rachel worked for a real estate attorney writing letters, communicating with clients and positively
solving problems.  This involvement prepared her and led to her decision to choose real estate as a career.
·         During 2016 and 2017, Rachel served as an assistant to Craig Stevens, an established and highly respected Realtor at Coldwell Banker Best Realty. Craig also mentored Rachel in both sales and listing skills.
 
Rachel believes in treating every transaction as if it were her own.
She strives to go beyond the sale…… to help clients even after the escrow closes.
 
In her spare time, Rachel enjoys hiking with her two labs and exploring all the beautiful valleys and mountains nearby.
